This 1950s ARNOLD (U.S. Zone Germany) WORKSHOP WITH 4 WORKERSis in Excellent original condition. The base plate is 11.75 x 7-inches with amaximum height of about 4-inches. The workers and equipment are beautifullydetailed and lithographed. A hand operated crank turns a pulley which in turn isdriven by rubber belts. However these belts are missing and it is notcurrently working. Two heavy replacement threads have been attached to 2 ofthe machines. The original belts would turn the grinder wheel, raise and lowerthe stamping machine, move the straight hand saw back and forth, and turn the rotaryblade saw blade. With replacement belts, this toy will have great working action.You will be happy when you add it to either your Arnold or workshop toycollection.
