Art Deco flush mount ceiling or wall fixture. Cast iron.
Wiring seems to be ok despite the white electrical tape, but could be rewired, I will leave it up to you.
Small piece of one of the porcelain sockets is cracked off and missing. Else in good condition a seen in pictures. Sold as is antique lighting fixture, no returns.
