Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase unless arrangement has been made beforehand.

All items are posted using Royal Mail postal service.

A Refund will be issued once I have received and checked the item.
The item, the Hermes box and ribbon must be returned in its original saleable condition.
The refund policy lasts for 7 days for UK and European customers and 15 days for rest of the world.
This takes effect from the day you receive the item and I must receive the item within the days I specified above.
