ONE (1) Authentic Vintage Apple ComputerAnsel Adams \"Think Different\" Poster. Original, Authentic - not a reprint. From a former Apple Employee. The poster depicts Ansel Adams & his camera, with the old rainbow Apple Logo & \"Think Different\" type. Has the appropriate copyright info & is dated 1998. Measures approx. 24\" x 36\". This item is new/unused & ingood condition. Do not expect \"mint\" asthere is somelight wear from handling over the years (ie. light edge wear & a few light crease marks, etc) - nothing serious. I notedafew tiny(approx. 1/8\" or less) tears on one edge. There are no tack holes or tape! Sold \"as-is\" (no returns). Would look great framed! Please see photo for more details.

\"Think Different\" was an advertising slogan for Apple Computer (Apple Inc. as of 2007) in 1997 created by the Los Angeles office of advertising agency TBWA\\Chiat\\Day. It was used in a television commercial, several print advertisements and a number of TV promos for Apple products. Apple\'s use of the slogan was discontinued with the start of the Apple Switch ad campaign in 2002. Promotional posters from the campaign were produced in small numbers in 24 x 36 inch sizes. They featured the portrait of one historic figure, with a small Apple logo and the words \"Think Different\" in one corner. The posters were produced between 1997 and 1998.

Ansel Easton Adams (February 20, 1902 – April 22, 1984) was an American photographer and Environmentalist best known for his black-and-white landscape photographs of the American West, especially Yosemite National Park. With Fred Archer, Adams developed the Zone System as a way to determine proper exposure and adjust the contrast of the final print. The resulting clarity and depth characterized his photographs and the work of those to whom he taught the system. Adams primarily used large-format cameras despite their size, weight, setup time, and film cost, because their high resolution helped ensure sharpness in his images.

This poster is original, authentic, as released from Apple approx. 15 years ago. Unfortunately due to the popularity of the Apple Think Different campaign these posters have been reproduced & outright faked by some sellersforover a decade. Online marketplaces are flooded with these reproduction & fake Apple Think Different Posters. Some of the fakes are easy to spot (ie. too dark, too light, different portrait from the Apple version, subjects that were never in the original poster sets, different sizes than those which were produced, different paper or finish, etc), while others are fairly close to the originals (some you can\'t even tell until you have them in hand). Havinghandled several sets of the authentic posters, Iknow what to look for & can confirm this poster isabsolutely without question authentic. The poster was also sourced direct froma former Apple Employee who received it as a gift from Apple while working there.
