Condition
This bag was pre-owned with minor signs of wear. There are dust marks on the bottom and edges. Priced accordingly. It was recently serviced at Chanel therefore there are blue protective film on the rivets.

Shipping

Merchandise is securely packaged by a packing agent under our supervision.
We record the entire packing process; in a very detailed way to prove merchandise is in the condition it was advertised in.
DOMESTIC:we ship via Fedex/USPS with full insurance and signature confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL:we ship via USPS Global Express Guaranteed with signature confirmation and insurance. This particular shipping method is pricy but very reliable and fast. It usually takes 3-5 business days to reach to most destinations in the world. However, your country\'s customs office may impose delay upon their discretion which would be out of our control. Please consult with your customs agency regarding duties and taxes as it will be your responsibility.
- If an international buyer wishes to have merchandise ship via a different courier, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
We will not ship merchandise uninsured.

Terms of Sale

Returns accepted provided that
- Buyer notifies of the return immediately upon delivery.
- Package is post-marked within 2 days of delivery; via the same shipping method as how merchandise was shipped to buyer.
- Security tag still intact.
- Merchandise is securely packed as how buyer recived it
- 5% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns unless it results from our error; in which case we will cover shipping both ways.
Refund will be issued upon completion of thorough inspection of returns; in the same manner as how the payment was made.
Unpackaging process is always videotaped to prevent potential fraud.
We do NOT issue partial refund under ANY circumstances.
