From the Tuareg peoples of Niger, Northern Africa, a finely tooled leather neck wallet. Similar to those in the collection at the deYoung Museum and the Cantor Art Center.The pouch measures 8 inches long and 13 inches overall.  It has two pouches under the decorative leather, a row of short fringes on the bottom and a row of longer fringes.   Made from Leather with pigment, tooled, dyed, cut fringes.  Pictures are worth a thousand words each.  If they don\'t contain all of the information you need please ask!
