An Extremely Rare/Fine Korean White Bamboo Form with Lizards Bottle-19thC.:

Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century.

A cylindrical bamboo form bottle vase with applied fitural lizards andbamboo leave painted in

iron accented on shoulder, applied with a very fine transparent white glazeover the surfaces,

sculpturedtwo lizards climbing on bamboo stem lively, two set of three leaves on shoulder and around neck and mouthrim,

especially between two bamboo joins on its stemp applied raised dotsunusually, base unglazed.

It’s in perfectcondition with a clear white glaze without any chips or repairs at all.

Itmeasures 16.7cm h. x 13.5 cm d. (6.5\" x 5.3\").
