Not only was Hemingway a great writer, his other passion was his cats. This is a little bit of info you might enjoy-Hemingway has mostly 6 toed cats. I am no expert at art so I am just guessing this is a watercolor. It could be a different medium. Ann Irvine isvery well know for her wonderful paintings of places and items from Key West. This is signed by the artist and is #70 of 100 pieces. It was done in 1988.It shows 2 very happy cats on the patio in wonderful life like poses. It is framed in a wood gold and marble look frame. Now for a little tidbit you may fine interesting-this and it\'s companion piece flew off the wall during a tornado in 2015 in Alabama, date maybe wrong, I was there but do not remember the date. The only damage is a few tiny chips off the frame, you may not even notice them, and the back paper is torn. Can be hung right now.
