This document was written by Ebenezer Burt, and is signed bySeth Smith, Justice of the Peace. It includes the marks of Ebenezer Burt and his wife Mary Burt. Alsosigned on the back by James Williams, Register.

Thisdocument is over 219 years old!

Please know that this historic document looks much better than the photographs! It was folded whendiscovered in a local estate, so some folding and creasing is visible, aswell as some minor separation at the seams, though this does not detract from the overalldisplay quality.
