The emblems appear to be 10KThere is a Sterling Bar down the Center with(4) Stars
The Cuff itself is marked 18K and Italy with a logo that I do not recognize.
Originally we thought that the emblems must be of Italian origin ... possibly Venetian.
But alas... 1906 Sears Original Tower.
This Cuff is quite a conversation Piece.
The Cuff is 22m in the Center Front ... graduating to 8mm on the ends
