this is a rare demitasse sized tea cup and saucer set with small stand. These small numbered cups of this age are extrememly rare and collectible! There is not as many as you would think

this is made by and marked on back \"Royal Doulton, made in England\"...

it is hand numbered \"BB -2033 & H-2899\" which have to do with the pattern I believe.

research:On one site I found dates for manufacturer stamps and this stamp was used between 1922-1936... however during a short period of this time they used date code numbers to and,this is an antique piece made in nov of 1926 according to the date code stamped in the back which says \"11-26\"..

this has a lovely thick layer of embossed platinum or silver accent.

saucer measures 4.5\" wide & cup measures 2\" tall by 3\" wide.

CONDITION: at first appearance this piece looks great, the pottery is crisp and white with no staining from age and the silver accent is lush with no spots of wear or rubbing, there is a thin hairline though about an inch off the rim, I don\'t think anyone would ever see it while displayed because it is so thin and light. My camera couldn\'t focus on it due to it being nearly invisible to the eye as well.

All insurance claims are filed online now & there may be a delay in how long it takes the insurance company to process the refund, also USPS claims may require items to be physically taken the post office for inspection should they ask for them- often photos are not enough for the claim to be processed.
*Items lost in shipment or not received*... If they are lost in transit, we will be required to wait the specified time by the shipper to file the insurance claim- there is no other way to do this as that is their rules and we will have to wait their time limits.
