Antique 19th century Veyrat France French 800 Silver Kiddush Cup Tumbler Beaker3 inches high72g c.1838-1840 marked with Minerva

This lovely 800 Silver Kiddush Cup Tumbler Beakerwas made by Jean Francois Veyrat of Paris, France, circa 1838-1840. It bears the marks of Minerva and Mercury on the side of the cup near the top, and Veyrat’s stamp on the bottom. There is a blank space for engraving on the front. It is 3-1/8 inches tall, 2-5/8 inches diameter at top, and weighs 72 grams. This beautiful cup is in very good condition (see photos).
