Fine mid 19th century Chinese Cantone Famille Rose porcelain teapot with it\'s original bamboo basket. Decorated in over glaze enamels with birds, peonies and butterflies.
Teapot measures H:15.5cm x W:12.3cm not including spout. The bamboo basket measures 20cm x 20cm.
One small firing fault where the pot has been touching another item in the kiln as shown in photos. Some slight damage and rust to the brass lock estucheon.
