Antique 19thC SWORD with EAGLE & SHIELD U.S. American masonic:

Thisis a very nice U.S. antique sword. I am not surewhattype of swordit is.

If it was military or masonic. It has an eagle on top with a U.S. shieldthat has stars

& stripes. There is engraving on the blade & scabbard. Some gold gilt on blade.

The blade is engraved \'E PLURIBUS UNUM\'. The only makers mark I can find on it is on

the top where handle slips over, it is stamped \"W.R.\". The handle is apart but all there.

It needs to be repaired.It has abone handle. The sword overallin scabbard measures

36\" long. The blade itself measures 29\".

There are a few dings on scabbard but sword blade is in very good condition.
