Gorgeous and very unique larger scale mid density French cotton from the 19thc to the turn of the last century. The palette is amazing and very bold done in a deep red/pink and black. It is almost like a soft bodied slightly denser twill of it\'s day with an old world aged more fatigued patina. The larger roses are aprox 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches, the central larger stripe is about 7 inches wide and thinner stripe about 3 inches wide to give you an idea on scale. My photos are a bit cropped but the entire panel consists of 3 of the wider stripes with the roses and 4 of the more narrow scrolling stripe. Excellent for pillows and home pieces; light upholstery as well as totes/bags etc..Condition is very good and strong~ Again the overall essence patina is a more fatigues French look and appeal. There is some hue variation and a few small random fiber breaks (aprox pea size) on this length so not entirely pristine but very good overall with a more old world shabby French essence to it..Measures aprox 33 inches wide by 19 inches tall ~ I have 4 to offer and can keep them in one length.
