This medium-sized, antique metal chocolate candy mold features the classic image ofSanta Claus, Father Christmas or St. Nicholas, and stands 6” high. We do not find a manufacturer’s mark on this mold. It will come along with fourmetal clips, which we find difficult to remove. The two-piece mold shows the front and the back of Santa. There is some wear,and typical, age-related surface patina. I do see small areas of light rust and some on the inside.Wonderful, old candy molds such as this one are great to use if you are an experiencedchocolatier, but they also look great as decorative items if you enjoy accentingyour home in a warm and inviting antique country style.
