Here is an antique pair of American military style mens boot. Dated probably to the 1880-90 time period.They have the elastic on the side like Wellington Boots. Neat oiriginal stickers on the soles. Unfortunately it appears that someone tried to wear them or put on an oversize mannequin. Condition as shown. I used these in my 19th Century American Military uniform display. They are private purchase however officers did wear boots like these. I displayed them with leggings and they looked pretty good. Size is around a 10 1/2. Sold as an antique. Neat set.
