It will run with a twisting motion for a while and then it stops! The other is a Elgin Serial# 19126670 I think it was made in around 1917 and is a 15 jewel grade 410 double roller. I think the case is rolled gold or plated,the stem pulls out so that will need some attention it will also run for a little bit with a twisting motion!
