Early 19th Century -Circular Treen Box with screw-on Cover.Top is engraved\"Lynch & Co. London\". Base is engraved \"2 oz.\"The inside bottom is lined with a woven off-white cloth, slightly padded.

I am not a wood type expert, research suggests yew, but unknown.

Measures: 4.5\"H x 2\" Diameter (base).
Condition: No chips, splits, cracks, scratches. The pieces form a complete fit, and \"tighten\" when screwed together. The wood channels have worn somewhat over time so that the top and base will separate if pulled apart with force.
