Antique Art Nouveau Brass and Rich Royal Blue Rhinestone Brooch:

Beauty and exquisite craftsmanship are hallmarks of the Art Nouveau era when this brooch was created at the turn of the century. Brooch is diamond shaped in a design of intricately detailed swirls and fans and delicately etched banding edged with raised beading. At the center of the brooch is a large prong set intense royal blue cabochon. Adding to the opulence of this piece are evenly spaced lively and sparkling rich royal blue round rhinestones. Typical of its age the brooch is fastened with a c-clasp closure.
Brooch measures 2 1/2 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches high.
