This is a wooden ware antique handled dry measure scoop with the copper rivets and copper nails like those used by the Shakers. It is unmarked. It measures about 5 3/4\" across and measures 3 7/8\" inches tall. The handle is 8\" inchesat its longest on the underside to where it is attached by copper rivets to the bentwood box. The bottom appears to be pine, the bentwood is oak or hickory? and the handle looks to be maple, but I\'m not sure of the hardwoods. looks to have been restored some time ago and looks to neve have been abused. As seen in our photos the bottom was made with tiny square cut nails. This one could be used. Clean with no odors.
