Wonderful original brass or bronze plated expandable owl bookend in excellent condition with no breaks, repairs, etc. This piece is from the H L Judd Mfg. Co. circa 1910. When collapsed the piece measures app. 9\" wide and about 5\" high. When fully expanded the bookend is app. 15\" wide. The detailed Art Nouveau inspired owl design is featured on both sides.
