Antique Sterling Silver Small Box from Great Britain Circa. 1850
Sterling silver snuff box hallmarked in interior on both top and bottom Total of six hallmarks, one is repeated. Gilt interior (gold over silver) This is a larger size box for a larger amount (or size) of pills. Measures 1 inch in height 2 5/8 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches deep Has a nice 2 ounce weight. The center circular armorial emblem on the top of the lid is a common United Kingdom decoration
