Amazing ormolu centerpiece in tazza form, from the period around 1880, designed by Charles Theodore Perron, great sculptor and modeller in Paris.
Made of solid bronze and weighs 5 KG.
The height is 5,1/2\'\' (140mm), and with handles has the dimensions of 12,3/8\'\' x 20\'\' (314mm x 508mm).
Inside is a high relief image with the rescue of Moses. At the edge it shows the inscription in French \"Moise sauve des Eaux\" (Rescue of Moses from the water). In the plaque is the signature Ch.Perron. All the pieces are marked B.D. (Barbedienne).
Excellent original condition, both bronze and gold
