ANTIQUE WOODBUTTER PRESS WITHPINEAPPLE AND STAR DESIGN

This is a very old 1850-1880 butterpress. It measures approximately 4-1/4\"in diameter and 3\" long including the turned handle.

Although the press shows wear including an age crack, it remains in very goodserviceable condition. The face of the press is heavily designed with a predominant pineapple and star design.
