The front cover has a beautiful celluloid cross in the middle with a silver toned metal outlining and an ornate brass clasp. I could not find a copyright date but its from around the 1910\'s. There is an inscription on one of the pages dated 1912. It has 384 pages and measures approx. 4 11/16\"x3 3/16\". This is a really beautiful and unique prayer book. All the pages are intact. Many of these early celluloid bibles were given as gifts to children to commemorate the occasion of their first communion or to a bride on her wedding day.
