Offered for sale is a very old and authentic Qing Dynasty porcelain temple fruit box most likely from the Tongzhi or Guangxu reigns of the third to late 19th century. The box is in very good condition free of cracks or repairs but does have a chip on one leaf and a very small rim chip on the inside edge. The quality of this box is very good and I have noticed that more than half of the temple fruit listed is not old. The reproduction pieces fail in color and production quality . The box listed is 5 inches long and 3-1/4 inches tall. Thank you for looking.
