Antique, beautifully crafted Chinese export silver cane or parasol handle - circa 1900.
Finely decorated in repousse technique with human figures, birds, butterfly, flowers and other elements.
A piece of the original wood shaft is still attached.
Good condition for the age - age and handling ware visible - crisp details remain - please view detailed pictures.
It measures 19 cm long (just silver without the wood) - knob is 3 cm in diameter
