! Postage for this trap is $25.00 by priority mail, I will pay the difference in postage as it will be more than that for priority mail. Here is a circa 1925 or thereabouts bear trap measuring about 36\" opened up spring end to spring end. The original chain and ring are attached, the chain measures about 5 feet in length. Solid condition with strong springs, could be used but likely for display now unless you have a bear problem, check you local laws for trapping before using it. Has a great patina, I did not see the paint spot until after I shot the pix, a drip from when I painted something, easily removed. I believe the trap to be all original, no replaced parts. The pan is marked with raised letters as you can see, Oneida Newhouse 15. This came off a Salmon River, Idaho ranch and was used during the 1920-30\'s as per the ranch manager. The last picture has three silver dollars shown for relative size comparison, the silver dollars are NOT included with this sale.
