Nice leather bound album with 49 photographs dating to the 1860\'s. Edges of pages are gold.Inside covers is silk or silk like material.
Includes (Civil War?) soldiers, children, women in great clothing, boy with dog. Some photos are missing and there are tears where photos were removed. Spine is cracked and ripped.
Could this be James A. Garfield? A viewer wrote that he suspects Garfield photos are part of this album. Please note that I cannot verify this information but some of the images do look like Garfield and the time frame is correct.
