Antique Doulton Lambeth Stoneware Printed Jug Shape 8062 circa 1890s5 1/2 inches High Here we have a verycollectable and decorative Doulton Lambeth stoneware smalljug dating from the 1890s, the late Victorian period.It has an impressed Doulton Lambeth England mark on the base, along with the numbers 8062 - the shape number.The ewer shaped jug stands 5 1/2 inches high and has brown glaze with a lighter panel to the centre on which is a printed design in either very dark brown or black, The design has an art nouveau look with flower and seed heads and foliage.The jug weighs 304g unpacked and is in good order with just a little damage to the handle - see above for full details.
