This couch has not been refurbished. It is in the original factor sold condition and has not been polished yet either. As found in the estate, Sold as bought. The wood shape is amazing on both Eagle heads and on the back board Flags and badge. The wood color is great and after polish should be amazing. The couch measures over 80\" long and 34 1/2\" tall at its tallest point.The rope work on the bottom has some missing / broken of (DEPICTED) make sure you see this before offerding , with a little searching you can get a good match or just sculpt your own out of compound. The fabric is complete and un ripped as well. The seat cousion area has some lumps in it as depicted. 2 of the tufts / buttons are missing but their back plates are still anchored, this is an easy fix. The legs are complete as far as the the wood goes but are a little loose and need attention / glue / work before too many people sit on it at once.
