A beautiful, very refined, and finest quality solid silver cigarette case, the shape gently tapered at each end in a classic example of Art Deco era elegance, and with a beautiful, ultra fine engine turned surface decoration. The case is discreetly monogrammed as shown. Inside a gold washed interior has largely worn away. No hallmarks or other makers marks that I can see. Nonetheless the case is tested and found to be European grade solid silver to at least 800 parts per 1000. Condition is very good as shown, just a few small shallow surface dings, the worn gold interior, otherwise excellent, hinge and clasp working well the two halves perfectly aligned. 10cm x 8cm weight 130 Grams approx.
