Movement is an Elgin 15 Jewel serial number 9065710. It will set and run when wound but it does not stay running so it will need to be serviced.

Face appears to be a fancy porcelain face. It is cracked and the edges are rough. See pictures

Watch case is marked \"Union Watch Case Company. Guaranteed 25 Years 8149960\". Tests 14k. Case appears to be in very good condition. No dents or chips. Has surface scratches consistent with age.
