Antique English sterling silver inkstand hallmarked London 1899 and bearing silversmith marking of Sydney Bellamy Harman. The number \"3033\" is hand scratched on underside. The stand has three hand cut crystal bottles. The glass inkwells are for pens (quills), pounce, and ink. The stand has pen-wells on either side of the bottles. Length 9\" by 6 1/2\". Total weight of silver approximately 18 ounces. The history of this silversmith is very interesting as he had a business friendly relationship with both King George and Queen Mary.
