Description

Unusual Hand Enamelled and Gilded Gourd Formed Vase.
Produced, in the late 19th or early 20th Century, by Fischer Pottery from Budapest, Hungary.
Not marked but guaranteed to be an early and original Fischer piece (base photographed below).
The neck of the vase has been detached and re-glued and there is a small chip to the side of the foot of the vase (photographed below). There is also some wear to the gilding, commensurate with age. Otherwise, it is in very good condition with no other chips, cracks or restoration.
The vase measures approximately 6½\" in height.
