Antique French 18thc-19thc Louis XV Provincial Armoire Warm Oak Original Brass :

This splendid armoire is quite old, though I cannot be certain precisely how old it is. The style is definitely 18th century and it has pegged joints (now fixed) to facilitate movement in and out of tight spaces. The bonnet is removeable, which also makes it easier to move this piece. It is solid oak and has a wonderful patina.
Measurements with the bonnet resting on top are as follows:

81.75\" tall
56\" wide
24\" deep

Without the bonnet, it measures

77.25\" tall
52\" wide
23.75\" deep (doors add depth)

Considering its age, it is in very good shape with minor damage to one bonnet corner (see Picture 8) and shrinkage on one side (picture 4).
The interior was modified at some point to enable the owner to use it as a media cabinet, a hole has been drilled to accommodate cords, and a hanging bar (easily removeable) has been installed. All of the shelves are removable, and it should be easy for a carpenter to move the supports for any shelf either up or down.
