~~This is an excellent antique French oak Gothic sacristy, vestry, wine or altar cabinet~~~just in from our recent French shipment. Sacristy or vestment cabinets were used to store liturgical garments, robes, wine and other articles associated primarily with the Christian religion. The upper cabinet has an interior removable half-shelf. Nice open lower tier for display. Notice the HIGHLY carved linen fold sides with tracery accents on the cabinet doors! Ornately carved with original cast iron hardware. This versatile size is in high demand for today\'s home~~~slim profile (only 18 1/2 inches wide x 15 1/2 inches deep)~~~fits in small spaces~~~SO much character and charm!
