Here we have a hand painted porcelain figural group depicting a Victorian gentleman wooing a young woman. He is wearing a pretty blue coat over a floral shirt with porcelain lace at his neck and cuffs. He has one knee on a stool next to a table and is reaching for her hand with both of his. The young beauty is shyly turned away from him with her left hand toward her face. She is wearing a gown made of porcelain lace with applied porcelain leafs and flowers. She also has a porcelain lace cape at the rear. One gold shoe is peeking out from under her skirt. This piece is in excellent condition with only one nick to the lace on the said of her skirt toward the bottom, but there is more lace underneath that so it doesn\'t stand out. IT measures just under 6.75\" high and 6.75\" wide. It is marked on the bottom with Made in Germany with a blue crown mark under it and Dresden under that. There is also an impressed 65with some incised marks.
