For sale is an antique green crocodile skin and solid silver pursemade by Ludwig Krumm. in 1899.
Krumm started his business in Offenbach in Germany in 1856, as Ludwig KRUMM AC,he was intent on makingleather goods of the highest quality.and when in 1920 in England he boarded the Golden Arrow Train, he was so impressed by the service he received, he renamed his company Goldpfeil (Golden Arrow).

The purse measures 13 x 8 cms and has solid silver corner mounts.Each mount has the makers stamp LK (Ludwig Krumm). English Hallmarks of the Lion passant , an Anchor for Birmingham and the date letter Z for 1899.There is also a letter F for imported goods.
The purse is in good but preowned condition, there are no splits, tears etc.and shows the quality of it manufacture as luxury goods.
Useful for cards etc
This purse is over 118 years old and is still desirable todayas the day it was made, a true classic .
