Incredible Asian Hand Painted Clay Planter Vase. Monsterous in size! Red (terracotta) base painted in blue. Artwork of peacock birds and Flowers done in white & gold. Rim gold. Not a reproduction, you can feel the relief of the art paint.
It is a planter style vase as it has a center drainage hole in the base.
I am fairly certain this is a Japanese artifact but its could be from another Asian heritage.
Its stunning and will certainly light up a room.over 31 pounds, 17\" wide, 12\" rim diameter, 24ΒΌ\" tall.Condition: Really Good. No visible cracks. Some of the golden paint on rim is fading.
