This listing is for an ANTIQUEsmalllidded SOLID SILVER HotWater / Chocolate / Tea / CoffeePOT withtheBerlin City hallmark (BEAR) and the letterL.

The letter mark began in the year 1818; I\'m not sure but the L maybe for assayer JWD Friedrich from Sept 1854 - July 1863.

This Antique silver floral Footed Pothas a zigzag hallmark on the bottom of it in a similar style asa Hanau mark for Jakob-Storck and Louis Sinsheimer -also has theletter P&?

The pot, I believe is hand wrought, is in good condition and measures approximately 5 3/4 inches in height to the top of the finial on the lid with a weight of approximately 236 grams.

The pot has 4 lovely floral feet and is monogrammed with what could be FCC, the pot has been gilded inside.

The wooden finial on the lid has a line or cut in the base which looks like a crack but I don\'t believe it is through, the wooden handle does have a repairedcrack/break and I believe is missing a piece of wood in the form of a curl in the bottom section of the handle.
