This Cameo is just precious. Madonna is adorned with her large halo and carved olive leaves sitting at her shoulders. Her veil and gown are also adorned with tiny flowers throughout. The detail in her face is amazing! The brooch/pendant is approximately 1.5\" long without the chain holder, and approximately 1.75\" with the chain holder.
