This is for the discerning Limoges collector!! Offered for your collecting pleasure is this very rare hand painted Limoges plate made by the Tressemann & Vogt Limoges factory from Limoges, France.

The back makersmark dates this fabulous hand painted bunnie rabbit plate to have been made between 1892-1907!!

It features a mother rabbit with her four baby bunnie rabbits in a flowered and grassy field.

Totally hand painted, this beautiful antique Limoges plate measures 7.25 inches wide. We believe this may have been hand painted by the French Factory Decorating Artist L. Coudert who was well known for his Cavaliers, Domestic and Game Birds, Animals,Dogs, Cats, Rabbits and Flowers. This was the only artist I found that was specifically known for rabbits.
