Bound in full brown leather, 6 paneled spine with 5 raised bands, gilt stamped spine and front board, all page edges gilt, brown end-papers. 910 pp. Measures 7\" x 10\". Fold-out maps. Numerous illustrations.
Book is in Good condition. Both boards have been re-attached with binders tape, and are sturdy. Mild to Moderate age and shelf-wear, primarily rubbed edges and corners, and chipping to leather at the spine ends, hinges, and corners. Internally is bound tight and complete. Has a previous owner bookplate attached to front end-paper. The binder tape is exposed at the hinges (see photos).
