Antique Imperial Russian Niello Silver Belt Buckle Dagger Clasp AA 84:

This buckle has something written on the front in Russian. I have on idea what it says ,so I\'ve tried to get photos so that you can see it. The front is finished in niello. The back is hallmarked 84 with a hammer and sickle and an A and something that looks kind of like an A. It weighs 81 grams and is about 3 X 2 1/2 inches.
