Unusual antique Islamic brass scribe\'s case with combined Inkwell. Seashell-form inkwell lid. Engraved decoration. Offered in fair antique used condition with just some minor wear in keeping with the age and useage. There are a some minor dents, the interior of the case is blackened and has some verdigris and the metal pins are a little rusty. But the piece is solid and intact. A lovely example.
Measures: 22.7cm long approximately by 5.5cm wide at it\'s widest approximately by 5cm high at it\'s highest approximately.
