You are looking at an Antique Japanese Meiji Period 1800’s-1900’s Man and Big Koi Fish Bronze Figurine. 278 mm tall, 208 mm x 178mm square approx. The mark is on the top of the base by the man’s side. Asian people believe the bigger the fish, the bigger the fortune and luck. The figurine is in very good condition. No major damages that I can see except the fins are chipped at a couple places. It is truly one of a kind. It is a beautiful piece of bronze art to collect.
