This sale is for an antique keris kris dagger handle or grip or hilt in Narada Kanda style. This handle is not newly made. I took this handle off an old Yogyakarta keris I bought back in the 80s. I sold the keris a while back but kept the handle as part of my own collection. It is made from ebony wood, a pretty dense type of wood and a pain to carve. The handle has a tiny hole on the top where a string of Javanese \"kantil\" or white champaka flowers used to run through that hole. The front part of the handle has a couple of natural crack marks from the wood itself. The handle comes with a vintage ring (mendak) as a set. No way telling exactly how old the handle is but I can assure you that it goes way older than just 50 years.Free shipping within continental USA
