This is a wonderful Antique Large 19 c. Ridgeway Slop Pot with a Hand Painted Asian Scene. It is approximately11\" tall with an 11\" rim and 9\" round bottom. It is beautifully hand painted with an Asian Scene depicting a Dojo, Cranes, Flowers, Plants, and Fish in colors or red, orange yellow, gray and black. There is opalescent embellishment on some of the colors. The Lid is 10\" x 2.25\" with a 2.5\" center hole covered by a handle. There are some issues. A repair has been made to the rim as in picture # 12, and the lid has had cracks repaired , picture #11. Even with these repairs it is still an amazing and beautiful piece of history! I have personally owned this for about 15 years and have used it as a planter, a decoration, and a centerpiece for Chinese New Year!I have listed this item with honesty to the best of my ability and have included detailed photos as part of the description.
